When you request a free estimate through our website, we ask for your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need and a preferred date, and you can add your email address and a message. We also record which page of the website the request was sent from, so we know what you were reading about.

When you call, text or email us, or when we visit, we keep the details you share with us, such as your service address, the best way to reach you, and information about your home, your HVAC system, dryer vent or chimney.

Service records. We keep a record of the work we do, including notes and before and after photographs of ductwork, vents and equipment, so you can see the result and so we have a history if you call us again.

Payment information. If you pay by card, the information you provide is used only to process that payment.

If you would rather we did not use photographs from your service at all, just tell us.

This website links to other websites, such as Google, our social media profiles and product retailers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Some links on our air purifier and air filter pages are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. The retailer, not Clean Air Duct Cleaning, handles your order and the information you give them.
