Updated, they are working to make it right. If a company is willing to stand behind their work they are ok in my book. I paid 450$ to this company to clean my air ducts expecting them to actually clean them. I have had some asthma issues and looked in our air ducts again and look what I found. They later called me to explain why it was there I am notadvocating for the lack of information initially however if they make it right I’m good.

AIR DUCT CLEANING IN WESLEY CHAPEL
Air Duct Cleaning for Wesley Chapel Homes
Wesley Chapel homes range from established neighborhoods like Meadow Pointe to houses finished within the last year. Many owners assume the ductwork in a newer home must still be clean, but ducts are usually installed before drywall, trim and flooring work is complete.
Drywall dust, sawdust and general construction debris can settle inside the ductwork during that time. Larger two-story homes, homes with more than one HVAC system and ongoing building nearby can also affect how much cleaning a system needs.
- Construction dust left in newer ductwork
- Builder-grade filters that were never upgraded
- Ongoing construction in nearby communities
- Two-story homes with long duct runs
- Homes with more than one HVAC system
- Established neighborhoods with original ductwork
What we do in Wesley Chapel
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Wesley Chapel, from single-family homes to offices and retail spaces along State Road 56 and State Road 54. The right service depends on the property and the condition of the system, and any additional work is explained and priced before it is performed.
The three we are asked for most in Wesley Chapel are air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and chimney cleaning.
WHAT IT DOES TO A SYSTEM
Common Air Duct and Dryer Vent Concerns in Wesley Chapel
With so much recent construction, the concerns we hear most in Wesley Chapel involve dust in newer ductwork, uneven airflow in larger homes and dryer vents that run a long way to the roof. Older homes in the area bring their own issues, including aging flex duct and systems that have never been professionally cleaned.
Construction debris in newer ductwork
Drywall dust and sawdust can collect in ducts that were installed before interior work finished. If you bought a newly built home, it may be worth having the accessible ductwork checked once construction nearby has settled down.
Builder-grade filters
The filter installed when a home is completed is often a basic one. If it was left in place too long, dust that should have been caught at the filter may have passed into the ductwork.
Nearby construction
When homes are still being built on your street, fine dust can keep finding its way inside. In some cases it makes sense to schedule cleaning after the nearby work is finished, and we will tell you if we think that applies.
Long dryer vent runs
Upstairs or central laundry rooms often mean a long vent to a roof termination. Longer runs with more bends collect lint faster and take more work to clear.
Airflow to far rooms
Rooms at the end of long duct runs sometimes stay warmer than the rest of the house. Cleaning can help when debris is the cause, but duct layout, damper settings and leaks can also affect airflow, and we will let you know what we see.
Multiple HVAC systems
Larger Wesley Chapel homes often have a separate system for each floor. Each system is evaluated on its own, and additional system connections are priced separately from the standard air duct cleaning service.
Fireplaces in newer homes
Many newer Wesley Chapel homes were built with a fireplace that gets used a few times each winter. Even light use leaves soot and creosote in the accessible areas of the chimney.
Dryer Vent Cleaning in Wesley Chapel
Every load of laundry sends lint into the dryer vent, and the lint screen does not catch all of it. Over time that lint builds up inside the exhaust duct and at the termination, restricting airflow. The result is usually longer drying times, a dryer that runs hotter than it should and extra wear on the machine.
Many Wesley Chapel homes have second-floor laundry rooms or vents that travel a long way to a roof termination. Those longer runs, with more bends along the way, give lint more places to collect. Our dryer vent cleaning clears the full exhaust path, and we check the accessible connection behind the dryer and the termination for crushed, disconnected or blocked sections.
For most homes we recommend cleaning the dryer vent once a year, and no longer than every 24 months. If clothes are taking longer to dry or the laundry room feels unusually warm, it is worth having the vent cleaned sooner.

Chimney Cleaning in Wesley Chapel
Not every Wesley Chapel home has a fireplace, but many of the larger homes do, and some owners use them through the cooler months. Clean Air Duct Cleaning provides chimney cleaning for Wesley Chapel homes to remove soot, creosote and debris from the accessible areas of the chimney system.
During the visit we look over the accessible parts of the fireplace and chimney and let you know if anything may need further cleaning, maintenance or repair. How often a chimney needs cleaning depends on how much the fireplace is used, the type of fireplace and the condition of the chimney.

Signs Your Wesley Chapel Home May Need Cleaning
- Fine dust settling on furniture soon after cleaning
- Dust or debris visible around supply vents
- A newer home whose ductwork has never been checked
- Construction work recently finished nearby
- Musty odors when the HVAC system starts
- A dryer that takes more than one cycle to dry a load
- Lint collecting around the roof or wall dryer vent
- A smoky smell from the fireplace when it is not in use
THE AREAS WE COVER
Every part of Wesley Chapel, and what we find there
Wesley Chapel covers a lot of ground, and the homes change from one side of it to the other. Here is what we tend to see in each part of the area.
The established neighborhoods
Communities such as Meadow Pointe and Seven Oaks include homes that are now well into their second or third decade. Original flex duct, replaced systems connected to ductwork that was never cleaned, and heavy dust buildup are all common here.
The newer communities
Newer areas such as Wiregrass Ranch and Epperson include many homes built in the last several years. Construction dust in the ductwork, original builder filters and long dryer vent runs are the concerns we see most often.

WHAT YOUR NEIGHBOURS SAY
Reviews from Pasco County customers
JJ and his partner did an amazing job cleaning out my dryer vent duct! JJ was incredibly professional, well-spoken, and had such a calm, friendly demeanor. They got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality, and I was extremely impressed with the results. It’s always refreshing to have someone come into your home who is respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend JJ with CAD to anyone needing their dryer vent cleaned and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thank you, JJ!
I cannot say enough good things about Clean Air Duct Cleaning and the two gentlemen who came out today. The entire experience was professional from beginning to end. Their appointment confirmations and text-message updates were clear, timely, and reassuring. The technicians arrived prepared, were courteous and respectful, explained everything clearly, and never tried to pressure us into unnecessary work. That professionalism meant even more after what happened with another company. The previous technician showed up late, reeking of cigarette smoke, in an unmarked van, immediately wanted access to the attic, and then tried to charge my 81-year-old Paw-Paw more than $600 for work we had never requested. We had only called about an advertised $59 vent-cleaning special. The whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch and an attempt to take advantage of my Paw-Paw who is a 100% Disabled Navy Veteran The two gentlemen from Clean Air Duct Cleaning that came today were the complete opposite. They were honest, knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and treated my Paw-Paw with patience and dignity. They took the time to evaluate the situation properly and gave us straightforward information without exaggerating problems or inventing expensive repairs. It is becoming increasingly difficult to know which companies can be trusted, but Clean Air Duct Cleaning proved that honest, professional service still exists. I highly recommend them and sincerely appreciate the way their entire team handled everything—from the appointment communication to the quality and professionalism of the technicians who came to our home. Thank you!
Came about 30 minutes after I called. Very polite and respectful. Got right to work cleaned the vent cleaned up put the dryer back in its place. From the time I thought "I need to see if I can get this thing cleaned to the time they were leaving was no more than one hour. The dyer works sooo much better.
My husband and I just moved to the area and decided to give CAD a try. There service and professionalism were great. From the start of setting up the appointment to having our technicians, Zarek & JJ, come out it was an easy process. We had all ducts cleaned as well as our fireplace. The technicians were polite, great as showing us before and after pictures and did a great job cleaning up the place when they were finished. I will definitely be calling for future needs.
