Their appointment confirmations and text-message updates were clear, timely, and reassuring. greg sinclairCame about 30 minutes after I called. Very polite and respectful. Got right to work cleaned the vent cleaned up put the dryer back in its place. From the time I thought "I need to see if I can get this thing cleaned to the time they were leaving was no more than one hour. The dyer works sooo much better.
