Their appointment confirmations and text-message updates were clear, timely, and reassuring. The previous technician showed up late, reeking of cigarette smoke, in an unmarked van, immediately wanted access to the attic, and then tried to charge my 81-year-old Paw-Paw more than $600 for work we had never requested. greg sinclairCame about 30 minutes after I called. Very polite and respectful. Got right to work cleaned the vent cleaned up put the dryer back in its place. From the time I thought "I need to see if I can get this thing cleaned to the time they were leaving was no more than one hour. The dyer works sooo much better.
