Air Duct Cleaning in Trinity, FL

Clean Air Duct Cleaning provides air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and chimney cleaning for homes and businesses in Trinity.

Trinity is a master-planned area with many large, often two-story homes, and a good number have more than one HVAC system or a zoned system. Because larger systems vary so much, our technicians check the accessible system before beginning the requested service.

We serve homes throughout Trinity, including Heritage Springs, Thousand Oaks and the neighborhoods off Trinity Boulevard and State Road 54, as well as the rest of Pasco County.

AIR DUCT CLEANING IN TRINITY

Air Duct Cleaning for Trinity Homes

Trinity homes tend to be larger than average, which means more ductwork, longer runs and often a second system or a zoned system serving different parts of the house. More ductwork gives dust and debris more places to settle.

Uneven temperatures between floors, a hard-to-cool bonus room or dust around upstairs vents are common reasons Trinity homeowners call us. Cleaning helps when debris is part of the problem, and we will let you know if something else, such as a zoning damper or a duct leak, may be affecting airflow.

  • Large homes with long duct runs
  • Two-story homes with separate upstairs systems
  • Zoned systems with dampers and controls
  • Construction dust in newer homes
  • Filters overdue on a second system
  • Dryer vents that exit through the roof

WHAT IT DOES TO A SYSTEM

Common Air Duct and Dryer Vent Concerns in Trinity

In Trinity, most concerns come back to size. Bigger homes put more distance between the air handler and the rooms it serves, and two systems mean twice the filters, ductwork and components to keep up with. Dryer vents that run to the roof and fireplaces in family rooms add to the list.

Uneven temperatures between floors

Upstairs rooms that stay warm are common in two-story homes. Dirty ductwork can contribute, but zoning, duct design and leaks can also play a part, and we will tell you what we see in the accessible system.

Second systems that get overlooked

When one system gets regular filter changes and the other does not, the neglected system's ductwork often collects much more dust. Each system is evaluated and priced separately.

Zoned systems

Zoning dampers direct air to different parts of the house. Debris can build up around them, and a damper that is stuck or set incorrectly can cause airflow complaints that cleaning alone will not solve.

Long branch runs

Rooms at the far end of a large house are fed by long branch ducts, which lose airflow over the distance and collect debris along the way.

Roof-vented dryers

Upstairs laundry rooms usually mean a dryer vent that exits through the roof. Lint tends to collect at the roof cap, where homeowners rarely see it.

Construction dust in newer homes

Newer Trinity homes can still have drywall dust and debris in the ductwork from the building process, especially if the system ran during final construction.

Family room fireplaces

A fireplace used through the cooler months builds up soot and creosote. We clean the accessible areas of the chimney and tell you what we see while we are there.

Dryer Vent Cleaning in Trinity

Lint that gets past the lint screen collects inside the dryer exhaust duct. As it builds up, airflow drops, clothes take longer to dry and the dryer works harder and runs hotter than it was designed to.

In many Trinity homes the laundry room is upstairs or in the middle of the house, so the vent travels through the attic to a roof cap. Our dryer vent cleaning clears that entire path. We also check the accessible connection and the roof termination for lint buildup, crushed or disconnected sections and blocked caps.

We recommend cleaning most dryer vents once a year, and no longer than every 24 months. Large households that run the dryer every day may need service more often.

Chimney Cleaning in Trinity

Many Trinity homes were built with a fireplace in the family room, and some are used every winter. Clean Air Duct Cleaning provides chimney cleaning in Trinity to remove soot, creosote and other debris from the accessible areas of the chimney system.

While we clean, we look over the accessible parts of the fireplace and chimney and let you know about anything that may need more cleaning, maintenance or repair. The right schedule depends on how often you use the fireplace, its type and its condition.

Signs Your Trinity Home May Need Cleaning

  • One floor that is noticeably warmer or cooler than the other
  • Dust around upstairs supply vents
  • A second HVAC system that has never been serviced
  • Musty odors from one system but not the other
  • Clothes still damp after a full dryer cycle
  • Lint visible at the roof dryer vent
  • A fireplace used regularly with no cleaning in the past year
  • A home that has never had professional duct cleaning

THE AREAS WE COVER

Every part of Trinity, and what we find there

Trinity is compact compared with some Pasco communities, but the homes vary more than people expect. Here is what we see in different parts of the area.

The master-planned communities

Heritage Springs, Thousand Oaks and neighboring communities include many large homes built from the late 1990s onward. Multiple systems, zoning and long duct runs are common, and many of these homes still have their original ductwork.

Newer homes near State Road 54

Homes built more recently along the State Road 54 corridor can still have construction dust in the ductwork, along with builder-grade filters that may not have been changed on schedule.

Toward New Port Richey and Odessa

Our Pasco County team also serves New Port Richey to the west, Odessa to the east and Holiday. Standard pricing is the same across the county.

Updated, they are working to make it right. If a company is willing to stand behind their work they are ok in my book. I paid 450$ to this company to clean my air ducts expecting them to actually clean them. I have had some asthma issues and looked in our air ducts again and look what I found. They later called me to explain why it was there I am notadvocating for the lack of information initially however if they make it right I’m good.

JJ and his partner did an amazing job cleaning out my dryer vent duct! JJ was incredibly professional, well-spoken, and had such a calm, friendly demeanor. They got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality, and I was extremely impressed with the results. It’s always refreshing to have someone come into your home who is respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend JJ with CAD to anyone needing their dryer vent cleaned and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thank you, JJ!

I cannot say enough good things about Clean Air Duct Cleaning and the two gentlemen who came out today. The entire experience was professional from beginning to end. Their appointment confirmations and text-message updates were clear, timely, and reassuring. The technicians arrived prepared, were courteous and respectful, explained everything clearly, and never tried to pressure us into unnecessary work. That professionalism meant even more after what happened with another company. The previous technician showed up late, reeking of cigarette smoke, in an unmarked van, immediately wanted access to the attic, and then tried to charge my 81-year-old Paw-Paw more than $600 for work we had never requested. We had only called about an advertised $59 vent-cleaning special. The whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch and an attempt to take advantage of my Paw-Paw who is a 100% Disabled Navy Veteran The two gentlemen from Clean Air Duct Cleaning that came today were the complete opposite. They were honest, knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and treated my Paw-Paw with patience and dignity. They took the time to evaluate the situation properly and gave us straightforward information without exaggerating problems or inventing expensive repairs. It is becoming increasingly difficult to know which companies can be trusted, but Clean Air Duct Cleaning proved that honest, professional service still exists. I highly recommend them and sincerely appreciate the way their entire team handled everything—from the appointment communication to the quality and professionalism of the technicians who came to our home. Thank you!

My husband and I just moved to the area and decided to give CAD a try. There service and professionalism were great. From the start of setting up the appointment to having our technicians, Zarek & JJ, come out it was an easy process. We had all ducts cleaned as well as our fireplace. The technicians were polite, great as showing us before and after pictures and did a great job cleaning up the place when they were finished. I will definitely be calling for future needs.

Trinity questions

01What does air duct cleaning cost in Trinity?

Our standard residential air duct cleaning is $35 per vent with a $350 minimum, including one HVAC system connection. Because many Trinity homes have a second system, mention it when you call, since additional systems are priced separately. Free phone estimates are available for most standard residential services.

02Upstairs is always warmer than downstairs. Will duct cleaning fix it?

It can help if dust and debris are restricting airflow, but that is not always the cause. Two-story homes also deal with rising heat, long duct runs, zoning dampers and duct leaks. We will let you know what we find in the accessible ductwork and whether cleaning or another service is likely to make a difference.

03We have two HVAC systems. Do both need to be cleaned?

Not necessarily at the same time. Each system is evaluated on its own, and one may have far more buildup than the other, especially if its filter has not been changed as often. We can clean one or both, and additional systems are priced separately.

04Can dirty ducts affect a zoned system?

Debris can collect around zoning dampers and in the ductwork serving each zone. That said, many zoning complaints come from damper or control problems rather than dirt. If something looks like it needs an HVAC repair technician rather than cleaning, we will tell you.

05How long does cleaning take in a large Trinity home?

Timing depends on the number of vents, the number of systems and how accessible the ductwork is, so a large multi-system home takes longer than a single-system one. When you call, we can give you a better idea of how long to plan for.

06Why does my upstairs dryer take so long to dry clothes?

Upstairs laundry rooms usually vent through the attic to the roof, and lint tends to build up along that longer path and at the roof cap. A restricted vent slows drying and makes the dryer run hotter. We recommend cleaning the vent once a year and no longer than every 24 months.

07Do you offer chimney cleaning in Trinity?

Yes. We clean fireplaces and chimneys for Trinity homes, removing soot, creosote and debris from the accessible areas. If we notice anything that needs more attention, we explain it before recommending additional work.

08Do you clean medical and professional offices in Trinity?

Yes. We provide air duct, HVAC and dryer vent cleaning for commercial properties in Trinity, including offices. Commercial pricing depends on the size of the building, the number of systems and the scope of work. Contact our team to discuss scheduling and request an estimate.

09Do you clean dryer vents that exit through the roof?

Yes. Roof terminations are common in Trinity, and the cap is usually where lint packs in. We clear the run and the cap and check that the flap moves freely.

10We only use the fireplace a few nights a year. Does it still need cleaning?

Light use still leaves soot and creosote, and a flue that sits unused can collect debris or nesting material. How often to clean depends on the use, the type of fireplace and its condition.
